First customer service is EXCELLENT! I got quick responses and read all the reviews, too! You must have a high powered gas pressure washer and the right connection hose and/or purchase a 3/8th inch connector adapter. Once we got it hooked to our power washer it did a remarkable job just like a professional would. I will send pictures after we get the leaves up. We only got half the driveway completed because it took us so long to connect it to the pressure washer and our mighty oaks leaves now rule the driveway!
