It supports cleaning with cold, hot, and soap water up to a maximum temperature of 300°F. It is safe for use with hot water pressure washers. However, steam cleaning is not recommended, as the high temperature and pressure may damage the internal seals and components.

You must use a high-pressure hose; a regular garden hose will not work. The inlet features a 3/8"" male Quick-Connect, so you may need an adapter if your hose has a male fitting. Maintenance is minimal: simply rinse the unit after use and clean the nozzles with the included tool if they become clogged to prevent streaking.
